Delete your account.

You can delete your TaxoBuddy account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by email.

01. In the TaxoBuddy app

  1. Open the menu (☰) and tap your name, next to the gear icon, at the bottom. This opens Settings.
  2. On the Profile tab, scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm.

02. By email

Can't sign in? Write to info@taxobuddy.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days.

03. What happens

  • You are signed out on all devices straight away and can no longer log in.
  • Within 30 days we permanently erase your chats, uploaded documents and feedback.
  • Your name, email address, mobile number and GSTIN are removed.
  • Any unused credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
  • Invoices and payment records for past purchases are kept for as long as GST law requires.
  • Changed your mind? Email info@taxobuddy.ai within the 30 days and we can restore the account.
